Business introduction
World HR was established in December 2005 as a subsidiary company of "Chinesisch-Deutsche Investment und Kulturaustausch GmbH". The two main tasks of the company are firstly, services for students who want to study/live abroad and secondly, business investigation and support in order to open a company branch in Europe.
Most of the managers of the company have at least a Master degree, two of them hold a Doctors degree. The company has three German employees. The Chinese employees all have overseas working experience regarding international business in Europe and towards the market of student's exchange.
The founder of the company is Mr. Dr. Li who once worked and studied for 7 years in Germany. Dr. Li gained knowledge of German societies, its politics and economy. He furthermore has overall understanding and profound experience in the field of how to invest in Germany, immigration issues, study abroad and rent service etc.
The Vice Presidents are Robert Schmidt from Berlin, Germany, and Kai Schaefer, from Schildau, Germany. Mr. Schmidt's task is the business service for Chinese companies that want to open branches and gain market share in Germany. Mr. Schaefer and Mr. Lindner are responsible for Chinese TCM and IT specialists who want to provide their services abroad.
The company therefore focuses on bringing China (Asia) and Germany (Europe) closer together. Moreover we act as an agent to help Chinese people, who want to find a job abroad (North America, Australia, Europe).

2. Business Investigations in Germany and Europe.
From market research, trade service, organisation of exhibitions fares, we organize the surrounding for
your business in Germany and Europe.
3. Student's Exchange Program.
We offer a complete service including host family matching and visa service. Our main cooperation

Since the establishment of the Company, about 36 students have already been sent abroad to live and work in a host family.
Currently, we are developing a service to go to Canada as Medical Care Assistant. We are in cooperation with one of the designated Canada companies, and offer full service from visa service to host family matching.
4. Investments in Germany.
We build up administratives bodies and branches for a Chinese company in Germany, and obtain the right of permanent residence for the manager.
5. Language Classes.
Soon we will provide language classes for all other interested students. We offer German, English, French and Italian. All classes will be taught by native speakers.
6. Natural Energy Resources Technology.
Soon we will offer technical support for bio-gas, wind energy, solar energy with our cooperation partners from Germany.
